Learning In Society

What does learning entail? How do people learn? These are interesting questions. Learning is an important aspect of human evolution. What learning entails could be deciphered from various perspectives.

The problem is that these questions are not necessarily that easy to sort out. Still, they are the types of questions that most people are confident that they could answer. For instance, most educators are convinced that they could answer these questions based on their experience in teaching.

The sad reality is that an educator’s approach to learning can be limited to a pedagogical perspective. Answers could be centered on the need to improve curriculum instructions.

Educational settings tend to develop tools and techniques that are specifically dedicated to enhance student learning. There is more to learning than the development of pedagogical tools. In these series of posts, I expound on the subject of learning in depth.
